Its façades and interior walls are adorned in Niwala White, a white rock that can convey a great sense of purity

 

It is a building of great beauty whose contemporary architecture is simple, light, essential and authentic. It was designed by the Chyutin Architects studio and built in Haifa using very special materials. Like the Niwala White Original Stone, a very peculiar sedimentary rock due to its large concentration of fossil remains and mollusc shells present in its composition. Its uniform texture and brilliant white appearance give it a beauty that is difficult to match.

Building of great beauty whose contemporary architecture is simple, light, essential and authentic.

Niwala White was used to clad all the façades, in combination with large, glazed surfaces that fill the interior with natural light

 

Niwala White, a highly insulating covering, is also present on the interior walls, contributing to the building's energy efficiency. The floors of some areas of the interior were paved with Crema Marfil Coto®, one of the star marbles of the Levantina Group. The result is highly resistant surfaces, perfect for this type of public space, that manage to retain their powerful appeal.
