Techlam®, Grupo Levantina’s Brand, increases its productive capacity with the acquisition of a new industrial plant in Nules (Castellon)
Techlam®, pioneering Spanish brand since 2007 in the fabrication of large format sintered stone, has decided to increase its productive capacity with the new opening of its second production plant, in the town of Nules (Castellon).
This capacity increase will be thanks to the agreement reached with Keros Cerámica, a Spanish company with over 40 years of experience in the ceramic sector. This agreement includes the purchase of its industrial plant situated in the above-mentioned location of Castellon.
With the arrival of Techlam® in Nules, it will give continuity to the installations that up to now were orientated towards the fabrication of traditional ceramic. Therefore, the acquisition of this plant on behalf of Techlam® will mean a complete transformation of the factory, where it will become one of the most modern and technologically advanced plants worldwide regarding sintered stone fabrication.
This opening of a second production plant on behalf of Techlam® is due to the fast development and continued demand increase that this brand has been facing throughout these last years. This has motivated Grupo Levantina to continue with its clear commitment and support regarding the design, fabrication, and distribution of sintered stone, by investing over 50 million euros in this project. This way the brand will currently count on two factories in Spain, one in Nules (Castellon) and one in Novelda (Alicante).
The factory in Novelda, where an investment in a new state-of-the-art digital printer has been recently made, represents for the brand the commitment on the avant-garde, the innovation, and the Know-how, all key elements that consolidate the existent trust relationship with this town, with its workers and its stakeholders.
